Wild Flipout FAQs


If you are having a problem with Wild Flipout, please read this FAQs first, as it will probably contain the answer to your question.


If your having problems make sure you have:

The latest drivers for your video card.

DirectX drivers v7.0 or higher (www.microsoft.com/directx).

The latest patches for Windows (www.microsoft.com).


What do you mean Wild Flipout is Shareware?

This means that you can download this game, install it and play, but some features will be unavailable. If you like the game and wish to play all available features, you must register. When you register you will receive a registration code. After entering the registration code in the game, all of the features will be available.


I have a 3D video card but the game runs very slowly. Why?

Your video card may not have drivers that support DirectX or OpenGL therefore software rendering is being used. Software rendering is much slower than hardware accelerated rendering. Make sure you have the latest video drivers for you video card.


When I run the game it said it was linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL Direct Draw Create EX. and it also said a device attached to the system is not functioning.

Go to www.microsoft.com/directx to get the End User Download DirectX v7.0 or higher. Install this, then run the game.


When I run the game it said a required dll file GLU32.dll was not found.

You can download the general OpenGL drivers directly from www.opengl.org. You should also go to www.glsetup.com to ensure getting the fastest drivers for your video card.


I can't see the mouse cursor in full screen mode.

Run the game in window mode. This should fix most problems with the mouse cursor.
